Nikos was born and raised in Athens, Greece. His father, Vasilis, was a professional basketball player and Greek champion with Olympiacos. Nikos received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Barry University in Miami. He was ranked 1st in the graduating class of 2000 in Business Administration. Nikos then conducted Ph.D research in “Psychology of Advertising”, examining the cognitive and emotional response to tv commercials. While at Barry University, Nikos played for the men’s basketball team which participates in Division II of the NCAA. He also played professional basketball in Greece in 6 different teams in A1 and A2, including Panionios, Ment and Rethymno B.C. Playing in the Eurochallenge with Olympia Larissa, and led Rethymno B.C to the finals of the Greek Cup in 2007. Nikos was General Secretary for the Basketball Players Association in Greece until 2010 where he was also performing the duties of the Marketing Manager. He finished his career in basketball in 2010. Nikos lives in Athens with his wife, Archontoula and his son Vasilis.

QUIQUE VILLALOBOS – Senior Director of Spanish Basketball
Quique was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. His passion for sports started early in his life with track and field, volleyball, team handball, and swimming. At the age of 16 Quique got involved with basketball and two years later signed his first professional contract. He played basketball at professional level during 16 seasons (retired in 2000).
Quique was an intense, generous, and physically gifted player. He played professionally for Real Madrid, TAU Vitoria, and Unicaja de Málaga which are in the top 4 basketball teams in Spain. Not surprisingly, he won several national titles while playing for those teams. During the last stages of his career, Quique moved to France where he played for Cholet and Antibes (one season with each), two top teams in the French League.
As for the National Team, Quique has several appearances with the Spanish National Team. He also played with the Under-18 and Under-20 National Teams.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Communication with emphasis in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense, Madrid. Besides Spanish, native language, he is fluent in English and French. Quique lives in Madrid with his wife, Lorena, and their three kids, Nico, Dani, and Alex.
OLIVIER MAZET – Senior Director of French Basketball
As Senior Director of French Basketball, Oliver represents several male and female athletes at the French Professional Level. Prior to joining BDA, Olivier worked in the financial department of an international advertising company.
Olivier played basketball for Le Chesnay’s youth national program, as well as for several teams at the National II Championship level.After receiving his degree in Economy and Introductory Management Sciences, Olivier created national recruiting events for kids throughout France. Olivier was born in Nemours St Pierre, France.
IVO NAKIC – Senior Director of Croatian Basketball
Ivo Nakic is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BDA office in Croatia. Ivo’s presence gives BDA a representative on the ground in Europe, giving our clients a local presence for all of their needs. Ivo’s responsibilities include assistance to all BDA clients who are playing in Croatia, assistance in the player transition into new foreign countries, and international scouting.
RANKO MLADJENOVIC – Senior Director of Russian Basketball
Ranko was born in Tuzla, Bosnia but received his education in Belgrade, Serbia where he played handball and basketball competitively.

Vlado was born and raised in Osijek, Croatia. He began playing basketball and training at the age of 12 with the Yugoslavian Junior Team Partizan, Belgrade. Vlado became a valuable basketball player with the Partizan Team and won the National Championship of Yugoslavia in 1987. His ambition and ability to play have brought him many Championships throughout his career. He has played for such teams as IMT, Belgrade, “CSKA” Sofia, “Borovica” Ruma, “Rabotnicki” Skopje, “Buducnost” Podgorica, “Oyak Renault” Turkey, “Hemofarm” Vrsac, and “Radnicki” Belgrade. Vlado has also played for the Yugoslavian National team 7 times, and decided to retire from professional basketball at the age of 35 in 2001. Vlado currently resides in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.

Ivana handles the operations and strategies of BDA Sports International. Her responsibilities include overseeing correspondence with domestic and overseas clubs, general marketplace, and other constituencies. She acts as a liaison in relations to compensation for clients and the company. Ivana works closely with the President on client contract development and all client service related activities.

Billy Kuenzinger joined BDA with over 15 years of legal experience in the private sector, during which time his practice included significant work in the sports and entertainment industry.
Billy oversees all corporate governance, business and operational matters for both BDA’s domestic and international operations. Billy also handles and oversees matters for BDA’s players including endorsement and licensing agreements, complex business transactions, and general legal issues.

Bill Duffy, Chairman & CEO has been involved in professional sports representation for over twenty years. He has parlayed a successful career as a player, from college days at Santa Clara University, to being named the Denver Nuggets fourth pick in the 1982 NBA Draft, into a position as one of the most successful and respected sports agents in the industry.
BDA has represented over 100 professional athletes, including 22 first round draft picks, and the number one, two and four picks in 2002 (Yao Ming, Jay Williams and Drew Gooden) and the number one pick in the 1998 NBA Draft (Michael Olowokandi). Bill Duffy takes pride in providing his clients with high quality career management, as well as the tools and services necessary to enhance personal growth. Rade has recruited some of the very best International players, including Hervelle Axel, Rasho Nesterovic, Marko Jaric, Jaka Lakovic, Kosta Perovic, Goran Dragic and Matjas Smodis. His obligations include managing, marketing and the placement of European clients as well as American clients in Europe. American clients he has placed in Europe includes Louise Bullock, Shammond Williams, Travis Hansen, Antonio Granger and others.
Rade has established the strongest European basketball network in the industry, through the development of personal and intimate relationships with all of the key coaches, management and teams. He has negotiated some of the largest and most lucrative contracts in the history of European basketball. His players represent 8 of the 2004 European National Champions (Italy, Spain, Greece, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia). This is a first for any international agency. BDA client Jaka Lakovic was named the MVP of the Greek league, Matjas Smodis was named MVP of the Russian league and MVP of the Russian Cup.

Rade resides in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, with his wife Mariora and their two children, Nikola and Nastasia.
